When you complete your order, you will receive information about the expected delivery date. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it using the tracking number.

PRODUCTION TIME:

Production times depend on the quantity ordered. The larger, the longer the deadlines can be. Production times may also be longer during the Christmas period. In case of doubt, please contact us in advance before placing your order.

RETURN:

You can return socks purchased from sockrstore.com within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.  
The right of withdrawal does not exist for personalized articles.

Please note that the returned goods must be new and unused. If you return products, you will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred. As soon as we receive the return, we will refund the purchase price to you in the form of the payment method you used when ordering the item. The shipping costs incurred when ordering the item will not be refunded. 

We do not accept responsibility for goods that are lost during the return process.
